Hiroyuki Ueda’s hand crafted frying pans and kitchen tools are made from sheets of iron shaped by repeatedly heating and beating the material with a hammer. The painstaking forging process results in beautifully crafted pans and kitchen tools that are distinctive, durable and functional. The pans are designed with a gentle spout on each side to allow liquids to be poured easily and a hole on the handle to hang the pan when not in use.

2003 Learn the basics of forging at "Tatara Iron & Steel Forging Workshop Kurogane" in Kochi Prefecture. Worked fo a company producing knives.
2010 Launched his independent workshop “Blacksmith Studio Ueda”.
2010 to present Produces daily necessities using iron.
