Mitsuhiro Konishi's distinctive series of handmade cutlery combines polished brass and darkened, hammered steel, fastened in a tier construction. The brass handles will develop a deep, warm patina with age and use.

Majored in sculpture at University.
Currently based in Gifu Prefecture where he produces hand-made metal cutlery and utensils.
