Katsuyoshi Yonezawa, his wife, Junko, and son Motonao, the third generation from Yonezawa Houki Koubo (Yonezawa broom workshop), have been making Matsumoto brooms using traditional methods: from cultivating broomcorn, drying the crops, to finally crafting the brooms themselves.
