Metal artist Shiori Miyajima (kanehen) , produces distinctive hand made utensils using a variety of metals. Skilled in the traditional Japanese metal craft of Tankin, Kanehen creates subtle textures and tones on the surface of each piece with small tools or using traditional hammering techniques.
