Well known Japanese potter Kan Ito established his 1+0 brand to provide a distinctive, high quality line of ceramic tableware that he could have produced in higher volumes than his personal work. The expanding line of tableware is designed by Ito who directs production of the pieces by local potters highly skilled on a wheel.
This series of plates were designed for use with both Japanese and western cuisine.
