Olive Luster Wine Glass
Oliver Luster Royal Wine Glass / h15.5cm
Glass artist Takeshi Tsujino's series of contemporary hand-blown glass vessels are crafted from recycled glass. The color of the glass varies subtly each time according to the recycled material used in production and the name olive luster is based on the current color.
Takeshi Tsujino
1964: born in Osaka.
1986: Graduates from Product Design School in Osaka.
1986: Travels to the US and attends classes taught by Italian maestro Lino Tagliapietra and learns glassblowing at various schools and studios.
2001: Establishes the glass studio "fresco" in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture.
2005: Launches the brand "fresco."
2022: Opened "CAVO," a branch studio in Shirahama-cho, Wakayama Prefecture, as an atelier for his personal and exhibition work.
