A master craftsman of nambu tetsu, or traditional Japanese cast iron, Nobuho Miya works from his Kamasada ironware studio founded by one of his ancestors in the Meiji era.
Simplicity, subtle decoration and excellent craftsmanship characterise all of Nobuho Miya's work. This trivet cast in iron are finished with an urushi (Japanese lacquer) coat for a rich black that is resistant to rust.
